So for the Visual Culture class I'm currently in we spent an hour in the Ball State Portrait Studio. It was a lot of fun getting to use different lights and backdrops and I think it was also an interesting icebreaker for the class (we're only eight weeks into classes).
You can see some of the portraits I took here.
I've also square away everything I need to graduate so now it's just a matter of not bombing my classes and waiting to see if I've been accepted to graduate school.

Let's Try This Again
So I'm making it my new years resolution to try to post on here at least weekly...
What's that you say? It's February 16th? Yeah, yeah, details, details.
So to catch everyone up here's a rejection letter:
"Dear Mr. Byard,
Thank you for your submission to The Broken Plate. Unfortunately, we have decided your work isn’t right for the next issue. We hope you will try us again when we reopen for submissions in September, 2011.
Sincerely,
The Broken Plate editors"
Also I've been doing a lot of photography lately and I figure if I can't think of anything else to post I'll post some pictures on here every now and again.
If you want to see more of my photos you can check out my flicker page here.
I do a lot better job of updating that page than this one.
Until next time.
